Love this watch. I thought I lost my old one which is the same identical watch.The reason I wanted this same watch is because I know this watch was made to last. I have had my first one for 15 years now and I have only had to buy one battery, til now and I have to replace it . It keeps perfect time even after being accidently put in the washer through a long cycle and also dryer. one of the stones got cracked but it still works perfect.Anyhow when my watch came up missing I immediatly started searching online for another. Who would have thought I would find this same watch. Well thank God I did. Thanks to Amazon and their sellers of Seico Lassalle watches.Well I found my missing watch so now I have 2.My new watch is flawless just gorgeous.I am going to replace the battery and see about having the gold finish refinised on my old one.thats the only thing I noticed when I got my new one.The finish on my old watch shows some wear. Hey its 15 years old. If I could afford it I would have also purchased the blue one too.These watches are worth the money. Have a Merry Christmas and Thanks for making my Christmas a good one.
My wife and her family bought me this watch for my birthday, and I am in love with it. I constantly find myself looking at the dial; I think I offended a professor who thought I was in a hurry to leave class today...

I really like the look of the leather band, though it is quite stiff out of the box. I have a feeling it will soften over the next week. Otherwise, it is comfortable and the latch mechanism is convenient.

I did a great deal of research prior to purchasing my Michele watch. I priced it at department stores and various online stores. I ended up at Joma shop, and I am very happy with the product and price. I have to say, I was skeptical purchasing the watch at such a discount from an online store that appears to be an unauthorized dealer, but the watch seems real, and it is beautiful. Additionally, Joma had the watch to me within days, and it arrived in complete Michele packaging. I would buy from Joma again!

I bought the watch for my fiance at the time as a wedding gift and she loved it. I think the price was fair and it comes in a nice box. one thing, you should have it sized by someone you trust because the ceramic can crack very easy. an overall nice piece.

Seiko offers two similar versions of a mechanical "military" watch:

The SNK809 (which is black, but there are other colors). This has a 21 jewel movement (generally the 7S26B, but the earlier models have the 7S26). It has a 36mm case (excluding the crown) and18mm wide band.

The other model is the lager SNZG15 (which is black, but there are other colors). This has a 23 jewel movement (generally the 7S36B, but earlier models have the 7S36). It has a 40mm case (excluding crown) and an 22mm band.

Both of these watches are gray market. You won't see them for sale in US stores.

I've owned my SNK809 for several months and love it. Its very accurate for the price. Mine gains about 5 sec/day. You'll have to spend a lot of money to do better than that in the mechanical watch world.

Two of my friends own the SNZG15, and they seem to gain about 10 sec/day. Note: The fact the SNZG15 has 23 jewels doesn't mean its more accurate than a 21 jewel movement. It's larger, pushes more mass (bigger hands), and thus I speculate is inherently less accurate than the smaller SNK809.

I got my SNK809 on eBay for $45 + $25 shipping (2009). However, it was shipped from Hong Kong. It had to clear customs, shipping takes about three weeks, and has more inherent risk. I'd expect to pay more on Amazon if it was shipped from within the US. Similarly, I've seen the SNG15 for as little as $105 with free shipping, shipped from Singapore.

This brand has been very very special to me right some childhood, so finally chose to present myself with one of its kind. After much deliberation chose the JW0010-52E Eco-Drive Promaster SST Stainless Steel Watch.

For everyone here out to buy one, please do try out from a local store before ordering. Your choice may change depending on the size. The Promaster is a HUGE watch (5.4 diam cross section) and is going to feel large on not so big wrists. So went ahead and bought this one. I am really very much pleased with my second choice because it feels big and is yet not overbearing. The difference between a stainless steel and titanium versions is prominent once you get a chance to compare both side side. steel is hefty and will feel heavy after a few days so you might not want to put that on for everyday use. But again that's a personal choice. However, titanium is much lighter and more comfortable to wear. The LED light is OK. The light will only not be effective under direct sunlight, but under such conditions, you won't probably be using the feature anyway. The 24 HR inner dial seems to be a bit redundant but is a nice show off and overall this watch does have a look which is meant to deliver and not just look good. The time and date is bound to timezone in right hand display. The design is rock solid.

About the cons :
A sapphire crystal would have been a nice value addition.
The display could have been made bigger for better visibility (I loved the display under the Promaster dashboard)

Overall a great watch for this price.

I tried using this watch as a Wonder Woman style bullet deflector bracelet.

It did not deflect the bullet. So I bought a second one.

Then, I was doing some casual diving in my pool, and I noticed that the watch held up well at a 1,000 foot depth, but at around 1,100 feet it zonked out. I was really ticked about this.

I have been using mine daily over the last 11 years. Only one battery change and no one single scratch. No water problems after the battery change.
I would recommend this watch to anyone.

I've been wanting a NICE watch for years and finally decided to purchase one via Amazon, at a deeply discounted price. I was a little skeptical at first, however, once I received the watch all my worries went away. Jomashop is great to work with, I even called them with a few questions and they were more than happy to answer my questions and ease my nerves about purchasing a watch at this price, via the internet.
<br/>
I would definitely order again.
<br/>
Thx.

(Wife is writing this review): This watch was exactly what I was looking for. I love it. Easy to read. Comfortable. Really liked the weight of it. Many of the other watches I was looking at and tried on were so lightweight. This one has a nice weight to it - not light, not heavy. Feels expensive!! Several people have commented (complimented) on it already. Would buy another TAG product in a heartbeat.

I bought this watch for my girlfriend and she loves it. Took it to the Cartier boutique to have it sized and it is perfect. I don't know why the person from the previous post could not get service, but if you go to the boutique, they will service it.

This <strong>Skagen 358SSSD</strong> watch is beautiful! It's sharp and modern. I love the sparkly crystals markers, and how easy is was to adjust the mesh band to my wrist. I hardly feel it when I have it on and love how thin it is.
<br/>
The <strong>Skagen 358SSSD</strong> watch also feels very secure when on my wrist and, I have no worries that it will fall off if locked on correctly. Skagen 358SSSD is very easy to set the time and works lovely! I would definitely recommend a Skagen watch to anyone who has a clean, and simply beautiful taste.

So I just received my watch in the mail just now, and so far it looks like a nice high quality watch. Warning for buyers though, this is a casual nice looking watch. It's nice all fancy etc if u want one of those to try to show off as you were rich then get a watch with a bunch of diamonds on it....
This watch is casual very good looking watch... has some weight to it and a good size (im 5'10 158 lbs) and it's not too big or too small

Would imagine it would look good with a dress suite too.... maybe

It's a perfect watch when I got it . From the box package to inside watch, quality metal feeling leads you to luxury sense. When you adjust it , it always working on time when you take it in your hand. If you not take it on your hand, it keeps two days on time. It's band can be adjusted anywhere and easy to fix. I love it in deeply.

I recently purchased this men's Tank Francaise for my wife - she loves it. She has a ladies Tank, but prefers the size of the full-size men's version - it looks great on a small wrist. I have worn a Cartier for 10 years - they are great, reliable timepieces. This new Tank keeps good time as well, and has approximately 24 hours power reserve.

Amazon customer service was awesome - the watch came with a small scratch on the crystal, I returned it and got a replacement watch in perfect condition in three days and they reimbursed me for the insured return shipping. I'll buy my next watch from Amazon.

This is a well designed camping /outdoor watch. My family likes to camp out in a tent, so the indigo back light is ideal when you wake up wondering what time it is. It was cold the first night - 52 degrees I read on my watch, and I did not hesitate to tell my son complaining of being cold to put on his socks, gave him my heavy blanket and put on a heavy hooded jacket to keep warm. Used the compass feature while bike riding on a long trail to keep us on the right track. Will use the compass also while jet skiing.

It is a big watch, but to me it looks masculine. Wear it at work on casual Fridays.

This is a young man's watch, I'm 48. The reason it is a young man's watch is the numbers for temperature are very small. Had laser surgery on both eyes. One corrected for close up, the other for distance. Best $3,500 that I ever spent. Use it every second that I am awake. Really a miracle if you have worn glasses most of your life.

I was a bit leery about ordering an expensive watch from a non-authorized dealer but so far, I am very happy with the purchase. I received it in new condition and with all the documentation. I took it to an Omega jeweler to have the band adjusted and he validated the authenticity of the watch.

I bought this watch for my wife after she saw a print ad for it. I must agree that it is a beautiful watch, but the face is a bit big. If we could change one thing we would have made the face a bit smaller... other than that it is well worth the price..

I love watches and I buy at least 6 items every year or maybe more, I pay from $25 to $ 450 for each one, Last I bought was a Tissot and a Omega DeVille ($1.350), but I was still looking arround for some other watch.
I was going to buy an Omega Seamaster, but the problem I found was that there where so many different prices on several stores online, so I though it was not reasonnable to pay 1.5 k or so on for a watch you may not be sure if it is original or just a good copy or clone,I saw the Tag Heuer Formula 1 professional like the watch I would like to wear for my every day office job, and the twice a week farm job, and beach and every thing, I was thinking to buy it for next year and my watch store seller said to my wife and she gave it to me as a gift for our wedding anniversary. Now I have it in my wrist and hardly recommend any one to wear one because it is so pretty, so well build and with solid stainless steel and the besel is on titanium (black). I love it, even much more than my other watches( Iam a colector). This is a watch for very selective watch lovers.

I love the watch itself but the strap makes it bulky.
So I went to a watch shop and bought a 24mm strap.
The funny thing is that it looks the same as the
original strap with the white stiching but with
out the extra strap going under the case.

This <strong>Rougois RWC41</strong> watch is awesome. There is no other way to describe it. I've been looking at ceramic watches for the past couple of weeks, and hands down this is the best one I've seen. The finish on it is beautiful with a hint of a pearlescent sheen. The face is very pretty, and the diamonds are a beautiful touch. When I took it to the jeweler today to have the band sized, he remarked on how expensive it looked. In looking at ceramic watches, one of the problems I've faced with other brands--like the Peugeot and the Michael Kors is that they are so huge. I have a small wrist, so these watches look totally ridiculous on me. This watch is the perfect size. Rougois RWC41 still has an "oversize" look and feel, but it's not nearly as big as the TOYWATCH (which I know is "plasteramic")that I originally thought about getting. Rougois RWC41 is versatile enough to dress up or down. I couldn't be happier about this purchase.

I bought this watch at an authorized TAG dealer..The blue dial is so classy. It is much better than a black dial. The blue reflects very well in sunlight however the watch is not flashy! I highly recommend this for any professional who wants to have a decent watch for all occassions.

I just got this watch from Amazon. Here are my first impressions:

Size: On the biggish side. A stack of 7 dimes is just about the same thickness.

Band: Stiff leather. Makes it hard to get on for now. I would think it will mold to my wrist and get easier.

Face: Big, easy to read numbers. No minute marks or date. I am not a huge fan of the blue hands.

Build quality: Seems fine for a daily watch. I do not expect this to be handed down to my children.

Packaging: Very nice. Comes accross as a high end watch, for that matter it is much nicer than some of the watches I have that cost 4 times as much. It would be great for a gift.

Overall I am pleased with it. For the price it is a nice, fashionable, automatic watch.

Great reviews .. not much to add. This is a Great watch. I'm a "watch man" ... I have a lot of watches including two rolex's and a breitling. This watch is my favorite. It's big and heavy(which i like) and it has more features than any other watch I own. This thing does mathmatical equations, sets it own time, has a calendar and allows multiple times for different locations.

It's my favorite watch. My Rolex Daytona and GMT Master II don't get as much love as this watch does.

Kohl's Department store had this for $695. The had a sale going on for 30% off and we had another coupon for an addition 30% off so I got this for a total of $330 after taxes. If you can find a deal, get it. It's a great piece.

I love this watch! It transitions from casual to dressy really well. But it also reminds me of the swatch watch of my younger days with a more grown up look. It's also a really great value for a watch with crystals in it.

Great watch. I checked it out at Macy's first and then bought from Amazon and saved more than $200. I did have to read the manual to understand the Chronometer functionality which includes a split timer, which is nice.
After a lot of research, I found that Tissot is a great entry level Swiss watch with a sapphire crystal. It feels really solid and looks really sharp.

I love this watch. The wrist strap design is much improved over Nike Triax Speed which tended to come apart at hinged points. Triax Fury has a nicely contoured uni-body design for watch and strap (no hinge points). Display is easy enough to read although the crystal is a flat plane and can reflect light (on this point, the Triax Speed was superior due to its rounded magnifying crystal). I am very satisfied with the Nike Triax Fury 100.

A slick looking watch, that can be worn with any attire. I wear it on the golf course with shorts and a polo, then to dinner with a suit. An inexpensive watch that looks sleek, yet simple. The function are all practical and easy to read. The comment about needing good eyesight to read the day/date display is not true. If the multifunction displays were bigger, they would seem gaudy. Good watch, good price.

The item is really nice, it's a combination of sportiness and class due to the well-built metal casing. I have yet to tinker with the watch's functions but from the look and feel, I'm sure this watch is a looker above all other average watches.

I bought this watch as an alternative to my black leather watch. This way, I can change from time to time with having the same "Smart Casual" look - perfect for the office.

I have been a watch junkie for some years but have been collecting in earnest for only a few. I am a particular fan of Omega.
but this T Touch is the best value and best looking watch!
the problem is that Tissot are Doing A Poor Job Of Marketing its line of Touch!

What a nice watch. I've been looking for a watch since my Tissot was having trouble. My wife decided to get me this watch from a local Dept Store with a coupon. When I looked on Amazon, it was cheaper but not enough to return the original. The very next day, Amazon's price took a drop and I ordered it. We saved over $500. It's not the same box, but it looks much nicer than the one we returned (must have been the display model). I'm a little worried with the warranty, but have read that Amazon's is decent. Love the watch. Not too bulky, hands illuminate at night. Just what I was looking for. My wife has excellent taste. Glad we looked here.

Watches are the only jewelry that man wears across the globe and this watch is truly the best jewelry the man can have.
The dial color is little darker than shown in image. The chrome glitter in dial makes it an adorable time piece. It's lighter than it seems and definitely it acts like magnet for appreciations from people around ;-) (It happened to me).

If you get this watch for any price less than 200$ then don't think and grab it, you won't find any other to compete.
I collect watches and I am very choosy, so do a lot of homework before acquiring them!!

I have a number of very nice watches in my collection, and my Pasha Seatimer undoubtedly receives the most compliments. The 40.5mm case is absolutely perfectly sized for a medium/large wrist, and doesn't overwhelm the senses like the 45mm watches you now see on the market. The weight is heavy so you are always aware of the watch, and despite being fairly unassuming, the look gives off an imposing masculine appearance that grabs attention. Power reserve is approximately 30 hours or so, and I use a regular watch winder to keep it synced when I alternate watches. I have yet to meet anyone else on the street that has one, so there is a sense of originality that will set you apart from the masses.

I have to admit: I can't tell time on a watch. I'm not ashamed. That's why I have a cell phone. What? I was out in third grade when everyone made the plates with the cardboard hands, and to be honest, I'm not entirely sure the teacher knew how to tell time either. She had a sign up at the front of the class that said "Things What Bugs Me". I struggled with that one for weeks before my mom told me to forget it and go back to reading chapter books that we weren't supposed to be reading yet. But I saw this watch as a gold box special and couldn't resist buying it. (Note: I didn't try very hard to resist, if anyone asks.)
<br/>
I've never had an adult watch before, because I can't tell time, so I never saw the point of spending money on a really expensive one.
<br/>
This one, however, is making me reconsider my choices up to now.
<br/>
First, it's a very attractive watch. The three interchangeable bands (pink, white, black) are all pretty, and very shiny and sparkly on the front side, and leather on the back. The face is adorable, with its little cutout heart set all the way around with pink Swarovski crystals. I didn't even realize until I opened the box that the back is also clear, so you can see the watchworks from the back as well. I'm very easily amused, I think it's kinda fun to watch it work.
<br/>
Second, it keeps time remarkably well. I'm also not ashamed to admit that I had to google "automatic watch" to find out that this one winds itself, feeding off the kinetic (is that right? kinetic energy? I didn't set the world on fire in physics either) energy generated by your movements. I'm also lazy, so I feared that the watch would run down halfway through the day. I am pleased to say that it did not. It ran down some time in the night, but after I reset it this morning, it's been running like a charm all day. The numbers are very easy to read, and the hands are all very elegant. The hour and minute hands are pink, and the ticking second hand is black.
<br/>
Third, the interchangable bands are pretty easy to interchange. There's a little bitty pin on each strap, and it pulls in the stops to release the watch from the case. Very easy. Even in the morning when you're already running late. For example.
<br/>
Finally, the packaging is gorgeous. This is not a watch that you might have picked up just anywhere. The packaging sends a clear message: "This is what the box an expensive watch arrives in looks like. You may commence to being envious." The watch comes in what I'm guessing is a signature Stuhrling box, which is a couple of inches longer than the watch itself. Storing the watch in the box all the time may be impractical (it's nearly a foot long, plus two or three inches tall), but the box makes an excellent storage place for the bands I'm not using right now.
<br/>
Overall, an excellent purchase. Very worthwhile, and if you're in the market for this kind of watch, you really should consider this one. Enjoy!

The Platinum Yacht-Master is one of those watches that catches eyes but not in an obtrusive way. I find it hard to wear this watch with a short sleeve shirt because it catches too many eyes so most of the time I wear this watch with a suit. It makes an impression...walk in anywhere with this watch and eyes will turn to it by those who know it for what it is and even people who don't know Rolex very well will still turn their heads at the sight of this watch - its that beautiful. Generally people stare at it wondering what it is and then get close enough to read it, its a great conversation starter. Its that gorgeous. In broad sunlight on the golf course the dial and bezel play with each other very well and the platinum finish litteraly sparkles in a gorgeous fashion. Its indescribable. I love to play golf with this watch for that reason alone. To me, its the perfect golf watch...the same can be said for wearing this watch on a sailboat on a beautiful sunny day...the sparkle is indescribable, you have to see it to believe it. No other watch or material or finish shines like this watch in bright sunlight.

This is the watch that F1 driver Lewis Hamilton (McLaren/Mercedes) wears when he goes to podium after F1 Victories. It is a very thick watch although not stated here, about 14 mm. Heavy and sturdy but looks elegant on thick wrists..
