Ive had my TAG AquaracerCAF2010 for just over 3 years, although I love the watch Ive had a couple of niggles with it. In the first month it was gaining 2 minutes every day so after a week It was nearly a nearly 15 minutes fast. The company I bought it from replaced the watch. The rubber strap split after 6 months and now again it has split again.
I’m saving up to get a metal strap.
Saying that the replacement brand new watch has performed brilliantly. I don’t wear it as much as I used to, mountain biking and falling off don’t bode well with a TAG so I wear a cheap watch for that.

This TAG Heuer Men’s CN211A.FT8001 2000 Exclusive Aquagraph Watch review, I’ve had this watch for about 5 years and it is by far the best watch I’ve owned. I had a Rolex Sea Dweller prior to this purchase and I stopped wearing the Sea Dweller and sold it because I liked this watch better…not to mention the Sea Dweller was a bit too flashy for me. This watch is heavy, but that I like. I’ve worn it scuba diving on about 100+ dives without an issue. This Tag Heuer WJF131G.BA0572 Link Ladies Watch – Dark Blue Mother of Pearl Diamond Dial Polished Steel Case review, I received my watch as promised and it is quite evident that it is an authentic Tag watch that is new. I had some trouble setting the time and date for the first (and only) time as I wasn’t able to unscrew the pin on the side. I ended up using a rubber glove to help me get a grip and loosen the screw (turn it counter clockwise to loosen it). Other than that small frustration, I have been very happy with the look and performance of the watch. I have banged the face of the watch a few times, but the cystal has remained unbroken and unscratched. This TAG Heuer Women’s WAF141H.BA0813 Aquaracer 2000 Diamond Accented Watch review, This watch is great! The diamond accents add a lovely touch, but they are not overstated. The pink mother of pearl face is also beautiful. It definitely is very subtle. I wear this watch everywhere from story time at library to a nice evening out. I receive many compliments on this watch. One other great feature is that the watch is waterproof. I am a busy mom and teacher, so sometimes forget to take it off when washing dishes, bathing my daughter etc. I would definitely check out your local jewelry store to purchase. We were able to get this watch for a similar price (actually a little less), with the Tag Warranty from a highly respected jewelry store.

Not sure if the upgrade to diamonds is worth the price, since they’re very tiny, but they do catch the light and add to the look. This Tag Heuer Women’s Aquaracer Watch waf141d.ba0813 review, I love, love, love it! This watch is a beauty! I’ve only had this watch for 2 days. I didn’t buy it from Amazon, but from an authorized TAG dealer. I’d like to share my thoughts on this watch though. The diamonds on the bezel and face are unbelievably clear. Both the face and the bracelet sparkle in the sun. I saw the one with the mother of pearl in the window display. But when I went inside to look at other TAG watches, this one caught my eye and didn’t even realize that it was the same one displayed at the window. I like the sophisticated look of the black face. It is classey without being flashy. More of a casual watch, in my opinion, that can be worn almost whenever. Leather band puts it over the top and the book that comes with it states to use a black and silver metal band, if that is your desire. being over seas, the UTC is handy to keep track of the time for where you want to be and where you are. This dial lock is different from some of the other types I have seen and the one I have. It screws in with smooth motion locking it in place. Setting is a breeze. This TAG Heuer Men’s WJF1152.BB0579 Two-Tone Link Quartz Watch review, I placed my order on Friday afternoon and the watch arrived Monday by FedEx. Can’t complain about that. It’s difficult buying certain items on the net with only looking at a picture and a description. A watch is one of those items. So do your homework, particularly with something this expensive.

I was looking for an everyday watch but not too casual looking. This watch is definitely not casual. It’s everything I anticipated. I wasn’t so much concerned about getting a fake since I was dealing with Amazon. Although, this watch came from [...]. I still checked it out once I got it in my hands. It’s real. All the proper imprints were on the watch and all the Tag packaging was included – minus the Tag Heuer Warranty card. I examined it very closely with my Belomo folding magnifier. (Got an excuse to use my magnifier.) Also, the band is definitely authentic.

I paid $[...] for this watch. The very same watch sells at Neiman Marcus for $[...]. The only difference is you get a two year factory warranty from Tag. This watch has a three year warranty from the seller. I don’t know what their service is like so that is an unknown. I do have to say I had Tag automatic which I sent back to Tag three times. The last two times were one year apart. They wanted $[...] to preform the exact same service. So I said to return it and I bought this crystal watch instead.

I’ll update my review as time goes by.

UPDATE: July 5, 2010 I’ve had my watch for 3 months now. It looks and runs great. I am aware that electric quartz watches run more accurately than kinetic self wind watches. Although, the later are generally more expensive due to the intricate materials and construction. (Gold and other precious metals aside.) You would think the more money the better the accuracy, but this isn’t so. Anyway, I’m astonished to announce that my Tag, after 3 months, has kept PERFECT TIME. That’s incredible. This TAG Heuer Men's WJF2110.BA0570 Link Automatic Stainless Steel Watch review, After extensively researching and looking at the various TAG models- I landed in this one to start my TAG collection. I think its a nice balance of cost vs. sophistication.

I was looking for something that was affordable, yet also a watch that I could wear in both casual and professional settings. I settled in on the Link and the AquaRacer models. Frankly, I chose the Link for the better comfort of the bracelet. Formerly a leather band wearer- I found the smoothly curved Link to be a good transition to a heavier, metallic band.

I will admit that I now find myself covetting some of the other styles, I eslecially like the Monoco and Monza Chronos. One of those will be my next acquistion.....perhaps followed by the fun, red-faced F1 for more casual use., in TAG Heuer Men's WJF2110.BA0570 Link Automatic Stainless Steel Watch

This TAG Heuer Women’s WAF1425.BB0814 Aquaracer Diamond Watch review, I wanted a nice watch that would be elegant enough to wear with my business clothing, but also sporty enough (and tough enough) to wear while hiking, horseback riding, and swimming. This TAG Heuer fits the bill. It’s very pretty on the wrist, and I think it has just the right amount of diamonds on the dial (they really sparkle in the sun). It’s neither dainty like dress watches, nor clunky like sports watches, and the dial is large enough that even middle-aged types (like me) can read it easily. It arrived very promptly, in its TAG Heuer watch box, carefully packaged, with all the manufacturer’s literature and a booklet explaining Amazon’s warranty. The price was very good. I also liked the fact that you can return the watch within 30 days to Amazon, if it’s not been worn. I’m keeping this one, but it’s nice to know that you can try it on and see how it looks and feels. (I’m also pleased whenever it’s possible to avoid sales tax on a larger purchase.) This TAG Heuer Men's CV2011.BA0786 Carrera Automatic Chronograph Watch review, As the previous reviewer stated, this is a beautiful timepiece. The problem is that the one I purchased was poorly built and Tag Heuer does not stand behind their products.

I purchased the watch new from an authorized retailer in June 2005. Within three months, the bottom button had fallen off. This made it impossible to use the tachymeter/stopwatch function. I took the watch to the retailer and it was shipped to Tag Heuer in New York, where it took them just over nine weeks to replace the button. With shipping both ways, I was without the watch for a little over 10 weeks.

I thought all was well, but within a year the bottom button fell off again. The watch was taken back to the retailer and sent back to Tag Heuer in New York. Again it was a little over 10 weeks from the time it was shipped to the time I got it back. I had now owned the watch for about 14 months, but was without it for five months.

In July 2007, 25 months after I purchased it, I took the watch into the retailer I purchased it from to have a link added to the band and to have some of the scratches on the band cleaned up. While they had it, the same button fell off again. Tag Heuer warranties their watches for two years. If the watch had not have been in the possession of the retailer when the button fell off the third time, I would have had to pay to have it fixed. The retailer sent it off to Tag, and again it was gone for 10 weeks.

The first two times the button broke, the button was lost. Tag replaced the pin (I received the old pins back) and put a new button on. The third time the jeweler had the button, but Tag still replaced it and the pin. I have been without the watch for 7.5 months of the 29 months I have owned it due to the same part having to be replaced three times. When it was sent for the third repair, the retailer tried to get Tag to replace it as a lemon. The warranty had expired less than a month prior, the same part had failed three times, and the watch was repaired by Tag three times in less than 25 months. Tag refused to issue a new, replacement watch and refused to admit the watch was a lemon.

My retailer has treated me well. If the button falls off again, they will replace it with any watch of the same value. I can go to a higher priced watch by paying the difference. I'm not sure which watch I would choose if I need to replace it, but it will not be with another Tag. Omega, Baume & Mercier, Movado, Tissot, Raymond Weil, Rolex, anything but a Tag. Fossil stands behind their $50 watches better than Tag does their $2,000 watch.

If Tag would have admitted there was a problem with my particular watch and replaced it with a new one, they would have had a customer for life. Instead, I will never buy another Tag, and I will make sure my friends and family don't either.

EDIT 05/26/2008 - It has been 10 months since I have had the watch repaired and it has not had anymore problems. The last time Tag fixed it seems to have finally corrected the original defect. I am updating the rating from two to three stars. I will update this review again if I have anymore problems. I hope I do not, as it truly is a beautiful watch.

EDIT 10/5/2008 - It has been almost a year and a half since the last repair and the watch has not had anymore issues. Other than some scratching on the band and a few small scratches on the side of the case, it looks as good as the day I bought it. It has survived camping, fishing, hunting, hiking, and swimming in the ocean without any problems since July 2007. The last repair really seems to have brought the watch up to the build quality and durability I expected from Tag. I am extremely pleased with how the watch has performed over the last 15 months and am bumping the rating up to 4 stars.

EDIT 5/22/09 - Guess I spoke too soon. It as been less than two years since the last repair and I am dropping it down to 1 star as of today, 5/22/09. I went to put the watch on today and two of the hands were detached. They are the second hand (at 9 o'clock) and the hour timing hand (at 6 o'clock). I have had the watch for less than 4 years and parts have fallen off 4 times. I am taking it in tonight to get an estimate on the repair. I just want to see if I'm better off getting it fixed and selling it for cheap, or just selling it broken so that a watchmaker or someone else could pick it up and repair it for themselves. It's very possible that my particular watch is just a lemon, but Tag says it's not, so I will assume all Tags are of such poor quality and will never purchase another Tag. This TAG Heuer Men’s CV2011.BA0786 Carrera Automatic Chronograph Watch review, I recently purchased the silver faced Carrera watch because I wanted a different look to traditional chronograph watch black faces. I think its a great timepiece, but my problem with this watch is that you cannot easily see the hands because of the silver on silver color. Unless you are in bright sunlight it is impossible to see the hands because there is no contrast between the face and hands. I have sent it back to the manufacturers representative to get the face and hands changed to the black face and white hands (at no inexpensive cost !!!)I know that this combination will be much more readible because I have other watches like this. I did’nt think readibility would be an issue but I found it is with this watch. Its been an expensive lesson to change my mistake., in TAG Heuer Men’s CV2011.BA0786 Carrera Automatic Chronograph Watch
